Soft edges 

Edges aren’t supportive but a bit too soft to make you unstable when you sitting on the bed to put on socks or shoes. Soft edge isn’t an issue only this mattress has. It’s very common among memory foam mattresses. Hope manufacturers release models with reinforced edges.

Too soft

Many owners report their mattress is too soft and providing no support. They sink in the foam too much and people weighing above average tend to bottom out the foam, some even report they can feel the bed frame. Due to lack of support, many wake up with back pain. Not cooling
