It is made in USA which ensures a superior quality over other mattress. Sleep Innovations 8-inch sure temp mattress includes a 2-inch 3lb memory foam foam and 6-inch support foam base. This 8-inch mattress is a thinner model compared to 10-inch or 12-inch ones and it is a great choice for the regular size person. It also does a good job on minimizing motion transfer and helping back or shoulder pains. If you weigh too much and need enough support, look at the thicker model. Sleep Innovations comes with a 10 year limited warranty but no free trial. This 8-inch memory foam is now only available in King size. If you want to buy queen or other sizes, go for other heights of models.

Everyone can afford

As mentioned before, Sleep Innovations mattress is one of the most popular mattresses on the online market. The reason why it’s so popular is it doesn’t cost much. Sleep Innovations 8-inch is 1/3 cost of iComfort, which is a great deal for this style and quality. These days, it’s difficult to find a memory foam mattress less than $400 at the brick-and-mortar stores. If you aren’t overweight, give it a try.

Firmness grade: 6 (1-10 softest to firmest)

Sleep Innovations mattresses tend to be on the firm side but this 8-inch model is an exception. It has 2-inch thick medium to soft memory foam layer and 6-inch foam base. 2-inch comfort layer is offering cradling soft and allowing sleepers to sink in and support foam base gives a solid support to prevent from bottoming out. If you’re looking for a firm mattress, you may be disappointed. Exactly, it’s better suited for people who want a medium bed.

Therapeutic effect

This 8″ mattress is using 2-inch 3lb memory foam, which is a decent density foam for bad back. It has been proven by most owners that it did reduce toss and turn at night and give back an adequate support. It works great on most persons under 250lb. For people above 250lb, thicker beds are better choice.

Not overly warm

Sleep Innovations 8-inch SureTemp memory foam mattress is only made with regular memory foam, no gel foam or airflow layers. That being said, it retains more body heat than gel memory foam. In hot days, you may feel it gets hot under your body, especially for people who sleeping hot on other types of mattresses. If you have a normal temperature while sleeping, you tend not to have the issue. Although SureTemp is patented technology to regulate temperature, it’s not as effective as gel foam.

Superior quality

I’m a person who cares where the product it’s made and don’t like those ones made in China. If you are also that kind of person, this mattress brings us ease of mind. All mattresses of Sleep Innovations are made in the USA including this 8-inch Sleep Innovations. You don’t need to worry about the quality and durability.

Slight odor

That’s not a problem. All new memory foam mattresses have a chemical smell like a new car. The denser the memory foam is the more odor it has. Since Sleep Innovations 8-inch uses the low density foam, it has a slight smell when you pull it out of the box. The smell doesn’t linger too long in your room.
